Hi, I'm Kat Cuthbertson--founder of Inner Haven Spiritual Wellness Center, certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner, intuitive channel, and spiritual life coach with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their journey of healing, self-discovery, and awakening.

My work bridges grounded therapeutic tools with higher-dimensional guidance. I specialize in facilitating QHHT sessions, angelic energy healing, and harmonic recalibration--each designed to help clients access their inner wisdom, release emotional or energetic blocks, and reconnect with their soul's purpose.

Drawing on training in trauma-informed coaching, intuitive development, and metaphysical studies, I've helped many clients navigate spiritual awakenings, integrate cosmic encounters, and find peace in their bodies and lives. I also collaborate with veterans and those healing deep emotional wounds through immersive wellness experiences that combine meditation, sacred ceremony, and voice-guided transformation.

As a lifelong intuitive, I'm also a channel for spiritual messages from angelic, extraterrestrial, and interdimensional guides. I incorporate this multidimensional insight into my teachings, YouTube channel, and healing sessions.
